Amy's Kale Chips
The kids love these as a snack. They taste just like a potato chip!
- Bunch Curly Kale
- Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
- Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and cut into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until crispy. Around 10 to 15 minutes.
