Amy's Kale Chips

The kids love these as a snack.  They taste just like a potato chip!



  • Bunch Curly Kale
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and cut into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake until crispy.  Around 10 to 15 minutes.
