When will I receive my order?
We dispatch every Wednesday. If you live in the Auckland Region you should receive your box on Wednesday afternoon/evening or at the latest Thursday evening depending on Courier Post’s delivery cycle. The rest of New Zealand by Friday evening.

We deliver all over New Zealand.
What company do you use to deliver your boxes?
We have been using Courier Post for a number of years now and we are very happy with the service that they provide.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will receive an email with your tracking number once it leaves our farm. You can track and trace your order by visiting the Courier Post website.
What if I am not home to receive my order?
We use non-signature tickets so your box will be left at your door. Please leave instructions for the courier driver if you would like it to be left somewhere in particular e.g. Please leave inside chill box by the front door.
Do I have to subscribe to a box every week?
No, you can place a one off order as little or as often as you like. If you would like to subscribe to a weekly or fortnightly delivery you can pause or cancel it anytime. Please note: When wanting to pause or cancel your order, we advise to do this before Monday midday as all orders are processed in the afternoon (we plan the harvest for the next morning).
I am missing something that I ordered?
On the odd occasion there may be something on your order that you have not received. This could be because we had a shortage due to a weather event, or an outbreak of a pest or disease that we were not able to control with the organic sprays. In this situation we will put extra of something else you ordered into your box as a replacement. However, if you do feel as though we have missed something (human errors do happen!) please send us an email and we will sort this out email@example.com
How can I contact you?
Email is the best form of contact and we will reply as soon as we can. Or you can send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram page. At this stage we do not have a contact phone number. This is simply because we are kept busy on the farm growing the herbs and produce.
Do you take the empty boxes back?
Yes we do! We love to recycle wherever possible as long as it is staying within the Food Health and Safety guidelines. Boxes can be dropped off at one of the weekend markets we attend or directly at our farm (leave in the shop) 360 McNicol Road, Clevedon. At this stage, it is a logistical nightmare to do a box swap with the Courier driver but you can tie the boxes together and post them back to us. Book a pickup via the Courier Post website. Where else can we buy your herbs and produce from?
You can visit our farm shop located at 360 McNicol Road. We also attend the Howick Village Market (Saturday) and Clevedon Farmers Market (Sunday) rain, hail or shine. We sell our seasonal produce and our extensive range of living herbs and seedlings for your garden.
What weekend markets do you attend?
Every Saturday we are at the Howick Village Market (we’re in the carpark) from 8.00am until 12.30pm rain, hail or shine. And we are also at the Clevedon Farmers Market on Monument Road every Sunday from 8.30am until 1pm rain, hail or shine.
Can I order your living herbs and seedlings to be delivered?
At this stage they are only available for purchase at our farm shop and the weekend markets. We need to figure out how to package the plants so they do not get damaged in transit – watch this space!
